Day 3 of 5 | Real Smart Money Footprints (CVD & Open Interest)

To avoid becoming whale bait, you need metrics that cannot be faked:

๐Ÿ”น CVD (Cumulative Volume Delta): Shows the net difference between market buy and sell orders. If price rises while CVD falls, it's a massive red flag for a fake pump!

๐Ÿ”น Open Interest (OI): Measures total active futures contracts. A price spike with rising OI indicates aggressive participation, while a sharp OI drop signals cascading liquidations.

๐Ÿ”น Funding Rate: Reveals market bias and over-leveraged sentiment (long vs. short).

๐Ÿ“Œ Combining these metrics exposes whether a move is organic or manipulated.

Tomorrow: Deciphering the Order Book and Taker Flow... ๐Ÿ”ป
