1. Product, Service Nature & Self-Service Model
AxiomLens is self-service analytics software provided fully automatically on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not provide tailored consulting, dedicated technical support, financial advice, or personalized implementation services. Full responsibility for installation, configuration, and operation rests entirely with the user.
Purchasing or using the software does not guarantee trading outcomes, profits, loss prevention, or market performance.
2. Device Plans & International Users
The selected plan provides capacity for use on one, two, or three devices under a single customer account. This capacity is not a multi-user seat license and is not for resale.
Our service is provided globally over the Internet. By accessing or using our application, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to use digital software under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
3. Device Activation and Perpetual Use
With an AxiomLens license, you may activate the application on one, two, or three devices according to your selected plan.
For 90 days after license issuance, you may change and replace connected devices. After that window, the last connected devices may continue using the application permanently and without a time limit.
Every purchased device slot must be activated for the first time no later than 365 days after license issuance. A slot not first activated within that period expires after day 365.
If an unused slot is first activated after the 90-day change window, that device is immediately and permanently assigned to the slot.
To provide perpetual use, each slot becomes bound to its finalized device. It cannot then be transferred, released, replaced, or exceptionally recovered for another device.
During the 90-day window, device authorization is checked automatically every 7 days, with a 3-day grace period for temporary connectivity interruptions.
4. License Grant
Upon valid purchase and delivery, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the last eligible AxiomLens version. A standard license may not be transferred or resold and does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, brand, or intellectual property.
5. Pricing, Crypto Payments & Digital Delivery
All prices are displayed on our website, and payments are supported exclusively through supported cryptocurrency networks (such as Tether USDT). Paying network gas fees associated with the crypto transfer is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
For each order, NOWPayments supplies an order-specific deposit address. Its signed notification triggers a separate provider API verification, and a license is issued automatically only after NOWPayments reports the final status as finished and the order ID, asset, network, and exact amounts match. The installer is available only through the protected account of a customer with a valid issued license; no public download is offered.
6. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and No Refunds
Due to the digital nature, immediate delivery, and self-service model of the product, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Before payment, checkout displays a summary of these terms and an explicit request to begin digital delivery after final provider-confirmed payment and license issuance. Any withdrawal right is determined by mandatory applicable law; mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived are not removed.
7. Self-Service Access
Customers should secure their account email, recovery method, installer, and local license materials. Device changes are permitted only during the 90-day window through the available self-service flow. No manual reset or recovery is provided after a device is finalized.
8. Versions and Updates
The license remains tied to the purchased product and plan. Publication of updates is not guaranteed. Finalized devices may use their last eligible version permanently.
9. Product Risk & Limitation of Liability
Analytical output does not replace independent judgment, risk management, or financial advice. The user remains sole responsible for trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creator or operator of this application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service.
10. Order and Consent Records
The order may store the plan, device capacity, price, currency, terms version and language, acceptance time, license issuance date, 90-day window end, 365-day activation deadline, license-policy version, and confirmation that automatic renewal is disabled.
11. Compliance with Local Laws, Taxes & Seller Details
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and tax obligations (including VAT, sales tax, or income tax) in your country of residence or jurisdiction.
We assume no liability or responsibility for ensuring that your use of our software complies with local government laws, financial regulations, or tax duties.
The seller's legal name and address, mandatory contact email, tax details, and dispute-resolution information must be completed before public sales open.
12. Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
